The Luxe Projects Price Guarantee is a guarantee that we will NOT increase the purchase price of your new home/investment. Contained within our Agreements to purchase our homes is something called a sunset clause. This is a condition that provides that if we have not completed the project by a certain date then either you or us can cancel the Agreement. The sunset clause protects you if something unexpected happens and construction is slowed down or stopped then either you or we have the ability to cancel the contract instead of waiting around for a really long time. It also protects you against us not meeting our obligations to provide you with your new home by the sunset date, in which case you can cancel the contract.
You would have seen in the media that some developers have used the sunset clauses to cancel the Agreement and get a higher price from the purchaser or sell to someone else for a higher price. That is not us! To protect you we have included clauses in your Agreement that provide this price guarantee assurance. Our reputation is everything and that means doing the right thing by our purchasers.

In 2018, Marcus started Citrus Living (in partnership), a company that both developed and built units across Christchurch. Over the following 6 years, Citrus Living delivered over 200 residential units in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and terrace homes. In 2024, in partnership with Adam St John, he founded Luxe Projects.

Chris Rowe is a Licensed Building Practitioner with his own residential construction company spanning the last 30 years in Christchurch.
Chris brings vast construction technical knowledge and heads the onsite project management of Luxe developments.
